Nervously, we stepped out mid pandemic to ‘push the stall out’ at the dental practice and amplify our expansion plans to add a new surgery/chair. We went to market with gritted teeth to find supplier after supplier sharking around looking to exploit the market for personal gain building in cost after cost for our proposed new surgery installation.
After a lot of wasted time, we came across Mr Matthew Clarke from SmartChoice Dental who right from the off, set a very positive tone with two rather nervous and sceptical practice owners. Our surgical room installation required complex infrastructural and engineering work that we had absolutely no idea on.
Mr Clarke distilled complex concepts into simple understandable ideas and activities, laid out a slick, simple yet sophisticated project plan and professionally delivered on milestone after milestone with ease.
At every step we were kept informed with all tasks and activities, we had issues where work out of scope eventuated, this was sorted at no hassle or cost to us, this in itself is extremely difficult to find as you will find companies that will invoice you for a piece of sticky tape!
Mr Clarke and his team installed a beautiful brand new surgery for us that has further lifted the morale of our staff and our patients absolutely love it as well, all very positive.
We have also awarded Mr Clarke the full dental surgery updating programme to be executed when his busy schedule allows, this will mean chair replacements, room infrastructural changes and so on. Mr Clarke will also lead the charge on the installation of further surgeries at sites that we have already acquired across the South West.
Good people in this day and age of profiteering are extremely difficult to find. In Mr Matthew Clarke and SmartChoice Dental, we found our guy who basically has won a lifetime contract with our wider organisation because of his incredible competence but mainly for us, because he is genuinely a nice man!
